North Alabama Electric Cooperative is proud to announce a business partnership with Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC). CRC is a nationwide, cooperative owned and operated 24/7 contact (call) center, handling after-hours calls for over 500 electric cooperatives nationwide. CRC takes outage reports via call in or text in, call ins for reconnects, and handles line crew dispatching. NAEC hopes our members benefit from the services offered by CRC.
