NAEC members can pay bills and check electricity use with mobile app

Need a copy of an old statement or suddenly curious about what you’ve been paying for electricity over the last few months? Want to know how your energy use fluctuates over time?
Don’t worry—there’s an app for all of that.
North Alabama Electric Cooperative’s mobile app includes features that can make life a little easier for members.
The app shows each account associated with a particular member. The current balance due, monthly statements, and payment history are also available. Members can use the app to make payments, set up autopay, or check if a payment has been credited to their accounts.
A handy feature on the NAEC mobile app is a tool that displays electricity use in a graphic format, allowing members to see how their usage and costs change over a month or even within a single day. The tool also incorporates low and high temperatures, helping members understand how weather impacts their bill.
